Port St John is located just south of Titusville FL and is considered to be in the unincorporated county area of Cocoa, FL.  Port St John is a large subdivision located at the north end of Cocoa with over 8000 homes, 3 elementary schools (Atlantis, Challenger 7 & Enterprise), and a Jr/Sr High School.   The first graduating class of Space Coast Jr/Sr High was the school year 2005/2006!  Congratulations to the Vipers Graduating Class of 2006!

There are homes built in the 1960's but most homes were built between the 1980's thru the current!  Once city water was established in the community, the subdivision began to increase in size with the majority of the construction done in the 1990's thru to 2000's.
 
Port St John features tennis courts, racquetball, parks, playgrounds, Fay Lake, boat ramp to the IntraCoastal Waterway (also known as the Indian River).  Many new businesses have been recently built along the US1 corridor & Curtis Blvd.  The newest addition to Port St John is the west side connector that leads traffic west of I-95 to Golfview.  Golfview intersects Fay Blvd, Corisca, and ends at Banyan...just west of the Jr/Sr High school.
