Most builders will work with Realtors at NO COST to you, however, We must register you prior to your initial contact/visit with the builder! We then register you with the local builders in the areas you like & want. 3. Once we register you with the builder we can assist you with the details. 4. We will get you various floor plans along with the builders base prices. 5. We will assist you with explaining your closing costs and any upgrades. 6. We follow up throughout the construction process from start to finish. 7. We will do on-going site visits throughout your construction process. 8. We follow up to ensure construction is proceeding in they way you want. 9. Few builders refuse working with Realtors...so ask yourself why??? If you like a Builder who does not co-broke with Realtors we can still represent you. Make sure you have representation...hire a REALTOR...hire the SIMON TEAM!
