I know the Space Coast area... also known as Orlando's Beachside playground.  I am Andrea Simon and I have been doing real estate for 25+ years and I am a Realtor with a broker level license.  My husband, Mark Simon, is also a Realtor selling real estate in Brevard County FL over 17+ years. Mark handles our back end of sales and I am the primary contact.   Our focus is providing our customers with top service by listening carefully and understanding your real estate needs.

Our location area where we list and sell homes are Central and North Brevard County FL. We specialize mostly north of Pineda Causeway and surrounding area including the beaches from Melbourne and Melbourne Beach FL north to Mims FL.
